At Rose Anvil, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-modified or heavily worn items are not eligible for return as they are uniquely yours.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
